When you're involved in an accident, it can be confusing and messy and altogether overwhelming. It's easy to be led into dropping your car off in a location that best serves the insurance company, but not in a place that best serves you.
We hear it all too often - the client who only wanted their pretty new car to be back and sparkling again, but after 3 weeks and numerous calls, found that their car's repair was delayed again, or that the work was done with the company's bottom line in mind, not theirs.
We don't think you should compromise quality just so a multimillion dollar company can save a few bucks. Sure, it's better for the insurance company if you just bend the door back out, but will it
really look the same? Will it be as structurally sound? Do you really want to drive around with a door that only looks "new"?
Here at Hill's Paint and Body, we don't think your insurance company should dictate what repairs are the best option - we think that the car should be fixed according to our client's needs and desires. We think that a car checked in to our shop should come out on a reasonable time table and should look like it did the day before the accident (plus a good wash), and, most importantly, we think it should all be done right the first time - so much so that we guarantee all our work for life.
